Beautiful detached luxury villa with lots of privacy, fantastic views of the Orba Valley and its own large swimming pool (10 x 5 m). The villa is located on a hill in the urbanization El Capco. In addition, it is very quiet and there is very little noise. You sit on the quiet side of the hill and watch the sun sink behind the mountains in the evening.
In the valley you can walk through the orange groves, grapefruits, almond and olive groves. The most beautiful gorge of the Costa Blanca is less than 5 km away and a walk to the castellet (ruin on the hill next to Orba) takes about 1 hour from the villa.
From the house it is less than 300 meters walk to a good supermarket (Masymas) and another 200 meters further and you are in the picturesque center of Orba.
Orba has a number of very nice restaurants where a full dinner is served at very affordable prices.
Layout of the house
The house is fully equipped (wifi and Dutch television), has three bathrooms and five bedrooms, all with two single beds. The house has two floors. You enter the entrance and on this floor is the living room, a balcony with fantastic views, where you can relax, three bedrooms, one bedroom with a private bathroom and the two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen and the dining room are reached via a staircase.
From there you walk onto the lower terrace, where there is a bbq and a large spacious terrace, where you can always sit/lie in the sun or seek shade at the large private pool. There is an outdoor shower and also a separate toilet outside. The garden is Mediterranean landscaped with palm trees, lemon and orange trees.
Surroundings
The house is located about 12 km from Denia, where the beach is also located. Shopping in the largest indoor shopping centre of 'La Marina' is 8 km away and the golf course is 10 km away.
Accessibility is excellent via the Alicante Valencia motorway (halfway). Flying is therefore possible to both Valencia and Alicante.
