Enjoy our spacious sun terrace with the necessary furniture to eat something, or enjoy a glass of wine or a good book.
The dining room, with a view of the swimming pool. Enough space at the table to dine with 8 people.
Our cozy living room. TV, internet and DVD/Blu-ray player are available with various movies (NL/EN/FR). A colored LED provides the necessary atmosphere in the evening.
Our fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven, American fridge with freezer, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle,... Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The master bedroom with direct access to the master bathroom. Large wardrobe available. Equipped with TV and air conditioning.

The house is divided into 2 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and a total of 3 bathrooms.

Wonderful views of the Marjal and the nearby beaches/sea of Les Deveses.
The stretched sandy beaches of Deveses are 10 minutes from the house.
For the youngest there is a playground (fenced and closed with a gate). Two sun loungers ensure that mum and dad can relax while the youngest have fun.
