Our dream villa Casa Sueño is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead-end street, 5 minutes from the beach and the forest.
Sitting outside until late at night
The morning sun shines a lovely light in the naya for a cozy breakfast with the sound of birds and further silence
The large dining table in the naya offers space for ten people, ideal for breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner with the use of barbecue
Swim undisturbed, read and laze in the sheltered backyard
You can swim 24 hours a day in the 8x4 swimming pool, which is illuminated with LED lamps and can be heated.
The garden is cosily lit
With easy chairs, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the view over the Pino Verde
The solar outdoor shower by the pool provides 20 liters of hot water, heated by the sun
The living room with 8-person dining table
On colder evenings, you can relax with the wonderful warmth of the fireplace in the living room upstairs. To the left of the fireplace is a TV, where you can watch your own streaming services via chromecast
The spacious master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning is located on the first floor and is called 'Bedroom 4' in the description

Tracance (combi work-holiday, also called workation or tracación)) is ideal in this house, because of the separate office and the super-fast WIFI (which has coverage throughout the house and garden). You will also find a huge collection of DVDs and books in this office

Enjoy nature and the silence in the garden, so close to the beach and town. Yuccas, palm trees, a lemon tree, an orange tree, a mandarin tree, olive trees, oleanders and various bougainvillea surround the garden
A gas BBQ is at your disposal in the naya, but please move it outside the naya when using it
Plenty of seating in and around the house.

As a tenant of Casa Sueño you do not have to buy lemons or oranges during the harvest period; they grow in their own garden and are delicious.

El Portet. We swim daily from this beach to the buoys and back, exactly 1 km. Little wave action, making it easy to do.
Left in the picture: the lovely bay of El Portet with a sandy beach and cozy terraces. On the beach you can rent SUP boards, kayaks and sailing boats. Only 2.5 km from Casa Sueño.
Of course, it is also possible to laze on the sandy beach of El Portet and of course swim in the turquoise blue water of the Mediterranean Sea and then enjoy the view with some tapas and a drink from one of the seaside terraces. You can walk there in 30 minutes.
On a hot day, visit Las fuentes del Algar in Callosa d'en Sarrià (about 20 km from Casa Sueño). Beautiful waterfalls and nature reserve where you can walk, picnic and swim. The ice-cold water of the waterfall provides a nice cooling effect
On Saturdays there is a large flea market in Jalon, where you can sometimes find valuable items among a lot of junk and beautiful people
If you go to the market in Jalon on Saturday, pay a visit to Casa Aleluya, where the owner (80+) puts on a wine show if he feels like it

The apartment has a swimming pool with integrated paddling pool for communal use, located at the quiet rear of the complex and completely fenced.
280 meters walk from the front door and you are at the sea!
Lots of air all around and therefore light in the house. In the center the view of a robust olive tree!
Apartment Vista Olivo in centrally located in picturesque Moraira. A few minutes' walk from the beach, harbor, boulevard, restaurants and shops.
From the master bedroom there is access to the small balcony, so you can also step outside there.
A spacious balcony gives a view of the olive tree. No catering noises, but the murmur of quiet passing traffic (roundabout).
At the table! Have a drink, eat, have a good conversation or play cards.
From the couch you sit right in front of the smart TV.
Plenty of space for an atmospheric get-together.
The apartment is very well insulated. Inside it is quiet to stay.
The smart TV has NL sees with 40 channels.
It is wonderful to look at the sky outside from the inside.
The kitchen is fully equipped and during the activities in the kitchen you also have a view of the olive tree.

Vista Olivo uses thin summer duvets that are completely washed for each guest.

In addition to a hanging area, the spacious wardrobe has three large shelves and two drawers.
The bedrooms can be easily darkened with the shutters that can be operated from the inside.
The coolest bedroom is the one with two single duvets, where so-called cooling sheets can be used on the beds instead of the duvets. Here, too, thin summer duvets are used that are washed for each guest.
You can store your toiletries in the rack under the sink.

The easiest way to do a quick rinse is in the small bathroom.
