The villa has a spacious private parking space from which you have direct access to the house. You enter the very spacious beautiful modern kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher. You will also find the washing machine and dryer. Of course, the kitchen is well equipped with inventory.

From the kitchen you enter the spacious lounge with its comfortable sofa from which you can watch the TV or listen to a nice piece of music. The TV is connected to the usual Dutch TV channels.

A cozy wood-burning fireplace makes sitting in this seating group extra attractive, although the villa also has central heating.

The living room turns into the dining room with its six-person dining area from which you have a beautiful view through a number of windows over the village of Moraira and the sea, you also have the option to go via a staircase to the upper sun terrace, this very private terrace gives you a 360 degree breathtaking view not only of the mediterranean sea. Chairs and umbrella are ready for you here.

Through the living room you have access to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, these spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, so a good sleep is also guaranteed during the warm months.

The terrace around the large swimming pool (10 x 5) is accessible from the dining room or directly from the parking lot, equipped with many sunbeds and dining areas, it is wonderful to stay here. A spacious brick BBQ makes the feast complete, delicious outdoor dining enjoying the best climate that can be found in Europe, what more could you want.

Perhaps you want to eat outside the door, that is better in Moraira than anywhere else with its almost 100 restaurants in the village and surroundings, Or a little further to Benidorm (30 minutes by car) with its amusement parks, nightclubs, dance halls and discotheques
