The authentic 2 under 1 semi-detached house Rosalalinda is located in the Fanadix district of Moraira, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful area with lots of greenery. The small complex Els Tossals has a lot of peace and quiet, so you can laze undisturbed in the sun on your terrace. One half of the houses are located around the large swimming pool with toddler area, the tennis court and the well-kept garden with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants.
Rosalalinda is located on the other side of the access road to the complex with the advantage that you have a great view of the sea and it is even quieter. A short distance away is the swimming pool for a refreshing splash to cool off. At the front of the house, a rock garden has been created, where you can sit in the sun in the evening while enjoying a cup of coffee. You can park the car under the carport next to the house.
Once inside, the cosiness meets you through the attractive design of the living and dining room. It invites you to snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a book or to plop down on the couch to watch your favorite show on TV.
The sliding doors of the living room give access to the large south-east facing terrace with fantastic sea views, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long in your lazy sun lounger or at the table in the shade of the awning to daydream. The small U-shaped kitchen on the street side is very fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

There is fiber optic WiFi and against the sun and insects there are shutters and fly screens.
