Villa Faisan

Villa Faisán is a beautiful 8-person villa located in the Spanish Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Due to the 2 floors, this house is ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the large garden. The villa is fully equipped and has a table tennis table and a basketball pole so that a stay is also attractive for families with teenagers. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious meal and sit at the newly built outdoor kitchen.

Above floor
The entrance is on the top floor. Here is a separate toilet. You will also find the dining/sitting room and an open kitchen here. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave and oven. There is a cozy electric fireplace in the sitting room. Adjacent there is a spacious conservatory that can be completely closed off by means of glass. There is a sea view from the conservatory. From the conservatory there is a staircase to the garden. Via an internal staircase from the hallway you also reach the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a very spacious bathroom (sink, bath, shower and toilet) en suite. The room is air-conditioned. This room also has direct access to the adjoining balcony. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds. All beds are 90x200cm in size.​

Lower floor
On the ground floor there is a smaller sitting room with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom is spacious and has a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds and are air-conditioned. All beds are 90x200cm in size. From the sitting room you can reach the garden through French doors

The garden
From the ground floor you first enter a covered seating area with relax chairs. In the garden is a spacious kidney-shaped swimming pool with steps into the water. The deepest part is 2 meters deep. There is a very recently built outdoor kitchen with lounge area where you can enjoy cooking and sitting. There is also a stone barbecue. The garden is equipped with many sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. There is also a table tennis table and a basketball hoop. In the rest of the garden you will find many fruit trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants.​

Other
The house has its own covered carport with space for 1 car. You can reach this via an electrically operated gate. Any other cars can be parked on the road. You also have access through a pedestrian gate. In a separate room you have access to a washing machine. There is a rotary clothes dryer in the garden. The whole house is heated so that a pleasant stay can also be guaranteed in winter.​ The garden is maintained by a gardener who comes by once a month. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week in summer and once a week out of season.

Location
Villa Faisán is located in Moraira in the Moravit district on a quiet street. The house is built against a mountain, so a car is recommended. However, it is possible to walk to the nearest place in fifteen minutes where there are various restaurants, bars and shops. You can drive to a large supermarket, the central sandy beach of Les Platgetes or the village within 5 minutes.
