Our villa is located in a quiet residential area just 600m from the beach of Moraira. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within 300m. The villa offers beautiful sea views from all levels.
The villa is located on a flat plot of 1000m², enclosed by a wall. The location in a dead-end street next to a plot of forest guarantees absolute tranquility just a few minutes from the beach.

This villa, although equipped with 3 parking spaces, is the ideal choice for those who do not want to use their car or use it as little as possible during their holidays. A 5-minute walk from the first restaurants and bars, 450m from a supermarket and within walking distance of the beautiful Playa de la Ampolla beach of Moraira with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants, it offers a pleasant transition between rest, relaxation and entertainment.

The electric gate gives access to the private grounds with a villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with open kitchen, a large private swimming pool (10 x 5m) equipped with solar panels for additional heating from May to October, 3 ground-level outdoor terraces, a small garden, an outdoor kitchen /pool bar, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower and a laundry and ironing room.

Those who prefer a spot in the shade next to the pool can do so under the spacious pergola.

Description of the interior:
The living area of this villa is 250m². The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning cooling/heating. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls (high-speed fiber).

On the ground floor there is a separate lockable apartment consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, an open kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc., a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, a storage room, a bathroom with double sinks, large shower and toilet. Finally, there is a covered, lockable terrace with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a dining area, followed by a spacious open terrace with electric sun blinds.

The first floor is accessible via an external staircase and includes a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, Smart TV with IPTV decoder (Internet Protocol Television) with more than 150,000 free TV channels, an open kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, combination oven, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, etc. and a breakfast bar.

The spacious, covered terrace offers space for 10 people to eat together and also has an electric awning.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a private terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a spacious built-in wardrobe and an identical en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.

From the covered terrace a staircase leads to the 50m² roof solarium/terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views while relaxing in the spacious lounge area.

Near the pool is the outdoor kitchen/pool bar with large gas barbecue, ceramic hob, sink, large fridge/freezer and a long Trespa club table that can accommodate 10 table guests. There is also a laundry room with a toilet, a urinal and a sink. A third room has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ...

The town itself has grown pleasantly from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and rest resort, whilst retaining its considerable charm which attracts visitors from all over Europe. It is also particularly popular with Spanish holidaymakers from Madrid and Valencia.

Explanation of prices

Reservations for groups or groups of people under the age of 25 are not permitted.
The rental prices shown in the high season (July and August) are for the entire villa: maximum 10 people.
Outside the high season, the indicated rental price for the villa applies to a maximum of 6 people, i.e. the entire upstairs villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms without the separately lockable ground floor apartment . The ground floor apartment for a maximum of 4 people will then remain closed and will not be rented to third parties! If you wish to rent the entire villa for 10 people, please let us know in your reservation request and an additional 25% will be added to the rental price.

With us, no unpleasant surprises and no extra costs:

Electricity including air conditioning: 250kWh/week (normal consumption) included in the rental price. Additional consumption €0.40 per kWh.
Water: 10m³ /week (normal consumption) included in the rental price. Additional consumption €5 per m³.

High chair: free on request.

Cancellation up to 56 days (=8 weeks) before check-in date is 100% refundable subject to deduction of €150 cancellation costs.
Cancellation up to 28 days (= 4 weeks) before check-in date, 50% refund will be payable subject to deduction of €150 cancellation costs.

Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, fish restaurants and harborside bars and best of all it has still managed to retain its Spanish character.

Beaches
The two main sandy beaches slope gently into the Mediterranean Sea; both have been awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness and are well maintained and very safe for family swimming.

Leisure & recreation
Padel, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse riding, go-karting tracks for both adults and children, a small funfair and three good nightclubs for all ages are all available in Moraira.

Dining out
Moraira offers many good quality restaurants, including eight Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area, three of which are star-rated and not too expensive.

Field trips
Easily accessible by car are some larger towns that are well worth a visit: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15 km, while Benidorm is approximately 30 km away. There are many sights that you can visit during a day excursion. In addition to the other coastal towns you can also discover the spectacular inland and mountainous surroundings, including the beautiful fortress at the top of Mount Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia, the largest palm grove in Europe in Elche and the ancient city of Murcia.

Valencia (the third largest city in Spain) is an hour and a half drive away. Barcelona (the second largest city) and the capital Madrid are both a four-hour drive away and are all accessible via an excellent motorway.

Spain's alternative to Euro Disney - Port Adventura - near Barcelona, is about four and a half hours away.

Markets
If you like open markets, then in addition to the weekly Friday market next to the beach, you can plan a visit to the various markets in the neighboring towns and villages every day of the week.

Besides enjoying the bustling Spanish activity, you can buy excellent and cheap fresh fruit and vegetables, local specialties, herbs and spices, leather goods, clothing, carpets, fresh and silk flowers, souvenirs, pottery and a whole variety of other goods.

Celebrate
As throughout Spain, the region hosts numerous fiestas (celebrations) throughout the year; with specific celebrations in April, June, July and November in Moraira itself.

Locals
The local people of Moraira are extremely friendly and patient with foreign visitors. It is not surprising, because in addition to agriculture, they depend on tourism for their livelihood.

With a large European residential community, there is a pleasant international atmosphere in the area. Most people are happy to speak English with you and even happier if you make a small attempt to speak Spanish.

Moraira has a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection from the surrounding mountains from the cold north winds in winter. The area has an average of almost 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986, the area's climate was recommended by the World Health Organization as one of the most fair in the world; not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter. On average, the area can count on 325 sunny days per year, making it an ideal destination all year round.
