The house was completely renovated in 2018 and currently has 3 spacious equipped bedrooms, each with a double box spring and built-in dressings. The 3 rooms each have their own air conditioning unit and shutter system. The 2 bathrooms each have an Italian walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also provided.
From the kitchen you have a panoramic sea view and you can indulge yourself in a hipper, fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a steam pressure oven (Imperial/Miele), a combi-microwave oven, an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and freezer and an espresso machine. Outside you can relax on a small terrace, each accessible from the 2 rear bedrooms and a large terrace with a panoramic view.
There is a patio with awning which provides cooling and where you can BBQ and enjoy until the early hours. The terrace flows seamlessly into the swimming pool (4x8m; infinity pool).
