The third bedroom is small but nice. Features a wardrobe, fan and electric heating.
If required, a second bed or a cot can be added.
The kitchen is fully equipped: with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine.
Also other kitchen utensils and crockery are plentiful.

Take a walk from the beach at our bottom on the boulevard towards Las Rotas. The boulevard at our house is along the marina to the lighthouse; to the other side to the end of Playa Les Rotes. Hikers, sportsmen, beachgoers like to walk on this beautiful boulevard
this is also Les Rotes, clear beach where you can be all day, no noise, nice rest
in the garden.

The beach of Las Rotas. Is 4 kilometers of rocky, pristine and wild beach. It has been declared a marine reserve.
The walking routes at Las Rotas. The highest is Torre del Gerro. This was built in the 1020th century to protect the coast against pirate attacks. The name comes from the shape of a jug.
Various routes for walks and hiking start in the Montgó nature reserve behind our villa. There are 15 different routes.
