The luxury Ibiza style villa, is located in the beautiful Jalón valley on a plot of 5800m2 and suitable for seasonal rental.
Within just 30 minutes, there are several idyllic bays, sandy beaches of Javéa, Moraira, Calpe and Denia. Also visit the beautiful old artists' town of Altea. The authentic villages of Lliber and Jalón can be reached within 5 minutes. where you will find several delicious restaurants and wine bodegas with nice tastings.
Do you like mountaineering, hiking, cycling, golf, surfing.... From the villa you can walk straight into a unique nature reserve with various marked walking routes. The villa is equipped with a large swimming pool (5x10) with a beautiful view. The 4 luxurious 2-person rooms are in Ibiza style and all have quality mattresses, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a common room with a large table and kitchen with all appliances.
Outside you can relax on the large terrace with bbq. under the pergola.
On the first floor you will find another two beautiful 2-person rooms with air conditioning, equipped with their own entrance by means of French doors, luxury mattresses and a Spanish shared bathroom with shower.
Are you ready for total relaxation.... If desired, we can put you in touch with a great chef, so that you are completely relieved and who cooks the stars from heaven. Do you want to be relieved of your stiff muscles; A relaxing massage at home can also be arranged. Still like to be a bit more active, there are several marked walking and cycling routes, where the bicycles can be rented and possibly delivered to the villa.
Of course it is great fun to do a day in Valencia by bike, we have contact with a Dutch-speaking lady who can tell you all the ins and outs about the city during a Bike Tour. You have the luxury of choosing from two airports: Alicante and Valencia. Alicante less than an hour's drive and Valencia more than an hour. You can find many flights from the Netherlands from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Maastricht and Groningen. From Belgium you fly from Brussels and from Germany via Weeze Düsseldorf.
