A beautiful classic wooden door gives access to the house at the living room / kitchen / patio level. The car can be parked in front of the door.
A typical Spanish patio.
The beautiful view over the entire valley.
An ideal sheltered place all year round, because of the glass and the roller shutter.
Nice view over the valley and the fully landscaped garden.
From the veranda you have a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the valley.
The beautiful tosca arches in the house. It leads to the front door, two bedrooms and bathroom, the living room/dining room/kitchen and the patio.
The same new tiles everywhere.
The dining room. In the cupboard are the necessary books and there are also children's games.
The living room with new curtains and TV. TV is connected to a router to make maximum use of fiber optic internet.
From the living room the stairs go up to the master bedroom and down to the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
Heating has been installed everywhere in 2022.
The kitchen with all appliances, gas stove, combi oven / microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer.
The upstairs bedroom with a large box spring mattress 200 by 180 cm, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The painting is by a Polish artist. The paintings in the living room, hall and dining room are also hers.
The new walk-in shower (2022) with the same natural stone wall tiles as the floor tiles.
The second bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall is new (2023). We like it very much.
The 3rd bedroom also with built-in wardrobes, 2 box spring mattresses of 200 by 90 cm and air conditioning.
The painting on the wall reminds us of the long sandy beach north of Denia.
The bathroom downstairs next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
A brand new central heating throughout the house (2022).

Sun all day long due to the ideal south-facing location.
Reading a book in the hammock and swinging in the shade of a beautiful tree.
Perhaps the most beautiful spot for us.
The veranda and patio on the first floor have been redecorated (2021/2022) with a lounge set, table, chairs, sofa and the same beautiful new tiled floor as inside and near the pool.
A unique sunset.
The dining room for when you don't want to eat by the pool or under the patio.
It is also a pleasure to enjoy in the evening.
The outdoor kitchen with hot and cold running water (thanks to the extra boiler under the counter top), dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and a large Weber Genesis gas BBQ.
The covered outdoor kitchen is ideally located on the south, with a view over the garden and of course directly at the pool, outdoor shower and toilet.
We bought 2 new white chairs (2023). You can also place the chairs in the corner of the pool for the morning sun.
The early morning sun shines into the outdoor kitchen in spring and autumn. A nice start to the day.
The deepest part of the pool is approximately 2 meters, so diving is NOT allowed.
The bougainvillea is connected to irrigation and therefore beautiful all year round.
This is the street side of the house, plenty of privacy due to the green oleander hedges.
In the garden there are a number of fruit trees (lemon, orange, figs, kaki) and grape plants.
The oldest tree in the garden.
There is a spacious outdoor shower by the pool with a large boiler and a toilet (behind black door).
The setting is beautiful.
Also at the back there is a lawn, beautiful plants and (palm) trees. And the hedge provides privacy to the neighbors. Unfortunately, the tree has blown down. It does provide an ideal patch of lawn for the football goal.
