Our detached villa is located in the green Montemar near Benissa Costa. With four air-conditioned bedrooms (cooling and heating), three bathrooms and a new kitchen, the house can accommodate up to eight guests, but is certainly also cozy and cozy for 2 people. From the terraces and the pool you look out over the coast to the Peñón de Ifach.
A nice place for families with teenagers or a holiday with friends. Sitting together at the table, relaxing on a lounger or reading a book in the shade: there are several places to enjoy your holiday. On the terrace you can also play a game of table tennis for the enthusiast or do you prefer to enjoy a delicious barbecue? The gas barbecue is ready for use.
The bays of Benissa and the cozy Moraira are a short drive away (5-10 minutes).
But also for a stay outside the summer, Casa Olmo Grande offers plenty of opportunities such as a workation or refueling in this Mediterranean environment given the presence of internet and heating and there is plenty to see and do in the area (walking, cycling, golf, visiting places in the area such as Moraira, Denia, Calpe, Altea, Valencia and Alicante).
Good to know: the three living levels are connected by external stairs. As a result, the villa is less suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
