In the utility room you will find the washing machine, the fridge / freezer and a small dishwasher. (because the dishwasher is on vacation)
Oven, microwave, electric stove, all kitchen accessories. Everything available to cook a nice meal. (but don't forget the BBQ and the nice, typical restaurants...)
