The villa is built in the typical Andalusian rustic style, ideal for those looking for a holiday home where you can relax in peace, comfort and privacy in beautiful surroundings, with all the facilities of a village within easy reach.
The villa consists of a spacious living room with a pallet stove. You have free wireless internet access, stereo chain and TV. You also have a well-equipped kitchen, large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with separate bathroom.
In front of the living room there is a large terrace with beautiful views of the village in the mountains. In the swimming pool (8x4m) you can take a refreshing dip or relax in one of the comfortable sunbeds with parasols.
Below the terrace, is a large cellar used as a laundry room with 2 washing machines, iron and ironing board. At the bottom of the villa there is an almond orchard.
In the garage we place some food for a kitten who likes to stay with us. Doesn't come indoors.
