Welcome to Finca La Sensa, where you can enjoy peace, space and the beautiful Andalusian landscape. The finca is only a 10-minute drive from the whitewashed Moorish village of Comares, which is located at about 700 meters above sea level, and about a 40-minute drive from the coast of the Costa del Sol.
The route through the mountains offers beautiful views along the way and is part of the charm of this special location. Our house is not located on a main road, but in the middle of the almond and olive trees, so you can fully enjoy peace and privacy. The last 500 meters of the access road is partly unpaved, but easily passable with a normal passenger car. The steeper sections and curves have a concrete surface for extra grip. For guests who have less experience driving in mountainous areas, we recommend a rental car with automatic transmission and a little more ground clearance for extra driving comfort.
The single-storey 8-person house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of which 2 rooms with bathroom en suite with shower and toilet and 2 rooms with a shared bathroom with bath and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot) to make it as pleasant as possible in every season. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided.
Finca La Sensa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove with oven, washing machine and nespresso machine. The cozy and tastefully decorated living room with patio doors to the covered terrace is also equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot).
The covered terrace with wooden dining table for 8 people and large gas bbq, is a perfect place to socialize. There is also a drinks fridge that keeps your drinks cool during hot days. It is wonderful to stay in and near the large swimming pool with spacious sun terrace with 8 sunbeds and lounge sofa. Do you like to be in the sun or rather in the shade? An ideal spot for everyone with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
In the nearby villages of Comares, Colmenar and Benamargosa there are several small supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants.
