Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

* Cancellation: In case of cancellation 90 days before the start of the rental period: all payments will be refunded to the renter. In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price will be charged. If cancelled 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: you pay the full amount of the rental.
* Deposit: under normal circumstances, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after returning home. On the other hand, there are certain situations where we are forced to withhold part or all of the deposit.
- In the event of damage to the home, contents or possessions except wear and tear.
- In the event of loss or break-up of contents or possessions.
- In case of excessive energy consumption of electricity (surcharge at € 0.6 / kWh).
- The property has not been left orderly with all possessions in their original state and place.
- The property is not free according to the "check-out" time.
- Plumbing problems caused by the tenant.
