Explanation of prices

* Cancellation: If canceled 90 days before the start of the rental period: all payments will be refunded to the renter. In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: you pay the full amount of the rental.
* Deposit: under normal circumstances, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after returning home. On the other hand, there are certain situations where we are forced to withhold part or all of the guarantee.
- In case of damage to the home, contents or belongings, except for wear and tear.
- In the event of loss or breakage of contents or possessions.
- In case of excessive electricity consumption (imposition of € 0.6 / kWh).
- The property has not been left in an orderly manner with all belongings in their original condition and place.
- The property is not free according to the “check-out” time.
- Sanitation problems caused by the tenant.
