Casa Lucia is located 2.5 km from the authentic Canillas de Aceituno. A charming white mountain village at the foot of the Maroma, which with its height of 2066m is the highest in the region. From the village you can make beautiful walks to the top of the Maroma and in the Sierra de tejeda nature reserve.
The necessary restaurants, bars and shops are also present in the village with its colorful streets and cozy squares

The house is easy to reach. The terrain is 8000m and is completely fenced. On the various terraces you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful views that the house offers. The presence of comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor lounge by the pool ensure that you can fully relax.

The covered terrace is equipped with a large table and a barbecue. The ideal place to enjoy a meal.

The house itself is modernly furnished and has the necessary comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
There are 3 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace or patio. The towels and bed linen are provided.

The spacious living room has a beautiful view over the lake of La Viñuela and the surrounding nature. Everything is provided in the house:
- free wireless internet, radio, large TV with satellite connection, DVD player, books, board games,....

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and electrical appliances.
- toaster, juicer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ...

In the storage room you can also find a washing machine and the necessary ironing facilities.

Air conditioning is available in every room.
In the pre-season or in the winter period, the bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with electric heating. In the living room you can use the wood stove. The enclosed patio ensures that you can also enjoy the sun in winter.

The region offers many opportunities to plan a trip. Malaga airport is approximately a 45 minute drive away.

- cities such as Granada, Córdoba, Seville, Marbella, ... are definitely worth a visit and are located in a radius of 90 minutes
-The nearest coastal town is Torre del Mar. This coastal town offers numerous possibilities such as shopping center, bars, restaurants, water parks, golf, water sports, ...
- be sure to visit the numerous white villages (Frigiliana, competa,...)
