This very tasteful and comfortable corner apartment is located in a residence on the grounds of the 18-hole golf course of Sainte Maxime. The small and luxurious domaine built against the hill has a communal swimming pool of 13 x 6 meters (only accessible to the residents of the domaine and open from 1 May) and a unique, very flowery planting. There is also a 'jeu de boules' court.
The small-scale apartment complex Le Grand Cap, built in 2001, consists of alternating 2 and 3 floors and is very quietly located. This apartment is located on the first and highest floor. Due to its quiet location, the apartment is not suitable for groups of young people. The domaine has its own free parking.
The air-conditioned apartment (106 m2), private entrance and hall, has a particularly spacious living/dining room with high ceiling and a large outdoor terrace of 16 m2 facing south. There is an electric awning. From the terrace you have a spectacular view over the golf course and in the distance you can see the bay of St. Tropez.
The two teak dining tables and the old teak outdoor bench - in combination with the many white colour nuances - provide a contemporary living atmosphere in the further interior. Adjacent to the living/dining room is the luxuriously equipped, open kitchen with a dishwasher, convection oven, freezer and a 4-burner electric hob with extractor hood. A washing machine is in the hall closet.

Safe, well-equipped sandy beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away, as well as to the charming village of Ste Maxime with its many terraces and shops. The clubhouse of the beautiful golf course is a 3-minute walk away. Several golf courses can be found in the immediate vicinity. A unique place for golf and beach lovers. Due to the location and comfort of the apartment, this is also a top spot for golfers outside the summer season.
