MerSea is located directly on the sandy beach of Sainte-Maxime. Just 10 meters from a refreshing swim on the Mediterranean Sea. The best food and drink on your doorstep and only a 5 minute drive from the city centre. 

The apartment is nicely furnished with a sunny garden of 100 m2 and all comforts such as a bbq, dining table and lounge set. The apartment has a living room, a dining room, a side room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, a flat screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. A washing machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided at an extra cost.

You can park your car safely in your own garage.

Mersea is compact (75 m2) but attractively decorated. Old and New are stylishly combined. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with rattan sofa and wooden furniture and a smart TV with streaming function. There is also a dining area with round table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, blender, toaster and other cooking utensils.

 There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 at the rear of the house and offers a double bed 180 x 200. The bedroom has an en-suite intermediate room with a desk on top. In bedroom 2 located at the front there are 2 single beds 2 x 90 x 200. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The layout makes this holiday home ideal for 2 couples or a young family with 2 or 3 children.  

The entire apartment is air-conditioned. On request you can hire a private chef, breakfast service or shopping service.   

MerSea is part of a small-scale 3 apartment complex. It is located on the ground floor with a spacious terrace or garden of 100 m2. The many windows allow the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow nicely into each other. A large sliding door connects the living room with the largely wooden terrace, full of Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers. There is a teak lounge set with Balinese style umbrella. An awning covers the terrace with dining table for 6 people. There are also 2 sun loungers, a BBQ and there is an outdoor shower and access to the beach.  

There is no swimming pool, but you don't need one here. Only the coastal road separates the apartment from the popular sandy beach of La Nartelle with its popular beach restaurants.

Parking on site with garage. If you still want to use a swimming pool, it is located across the street from the beach at beach club St Barts which you can use for a fee.  

In the garage there are two paddle boards which you can use! The attractive thing about this apartment is its unique location a stone's throw from the sandy beach of La Nartelle. So you can walk to the beach (10 meters) and enjoy a delicious lunch, dinner or enjoy the sun at well-known beach bars such as Le WYC, La Voile and Barco Beach. The vibrant life of Sainte-Maxime is also nearby. From the port of Sainte-Maxime several scheduled boats depart to St Tropez, among others. Without traffic jams and parking problems. And a lot of fun to do. On Tuesday or Sunday morning you can visit the world-famous 'Marché' here.
