Welcome to our fully detached luxury villa in Les Issambres, located next to Sainte-Maxime and opposite the world famous Saint-Tropez. This stylish villa was completed in 2021 after a complete renovation and offers everything for a relaxing stay on the Côte d'Azur.

From almost every room you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Saint-Tropez and the surrounding hills. The beach is within walking distance and thanks to its quiet location you can enjoy complete privacy, tranquility and comfort.

Heated Swimming Pool with Sea View

The villa features a large private heated swimming pool with saltwater system. This system feels softer on the skin and eyes and provides a pleasant swimming experience.

The swimming pool, terraces and outdoor kitchen are perfectly oriented to the southwest, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long and to spectacular sunsets over the bay of Saint-Tropez in the evening.

Unique single-storey layout

A special feature of this villa is its practical layout. On the entrance level are the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilets, outdoor shower, swimming pool, terraces and outdoor kitchen.

Because almost all living spaces are on the same level, the villa is very suitable for families with children and guests who appreciate comfort.

On the promenade you will find several restaurants, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. A direct ferry leaves from the port to Saint-Tropez, allowing you to reach the center within a short time without traffic or parking problems.

Due to its central location, popular destinations such as Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Cogolin and Saint-Tropez are easily accessible.

In addition, the area offers beautiful nature reserves, hiking trails, cycling paths, water sports and no less than eight golf courses.
