Beautiful, cozy, semi-detached holiday home 2 floors/not wheelchair accessible for rent for 4 people in Sainte-Maxime. A unique place with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Entrance hall, 2 bedrooms.
1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath and sink. Separate toilet.

Downstairs:
Downstairs is the living room with kitchen, equipped with a fireplace. Then there is a large living terrace.  The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a separate freezer, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

Remaining:
The house is equipped with a television with satellite dish for the Dutch channels, air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wifi. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, a barbecue (may not be used in the dry season) and an awning.

There is a playground for small children in the park in the domain. There is another eatery at the pool, where you can eat well.

Down on the shore is a private beach. Here you can use a parasol and 2 sun cushions from mid-June to September. There is also a restaurant with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Saint-Tropez can be seen on the other side of the water.

Linen such as bed linen, towels etc. are not provided, but there is a possibility to rent them.
