The house is oriented to the South, so you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.
The villa is rented as standard for 8 people. Optionally, a 5th bedroom can be rented, so that there are also sleeping options for 10 people. The villa is very pleasant to live in with 2 people, but also very suitable for a family holiday with three generations or a stay with two families.

From the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the master bedroom you can step onto the south-oriented terrace that runs the entire length of the house.
In addition to an open terrace, there are also two covered terraces. The terrace on the western side overlooks the nature reserve and has a glass wall.
On this terrace you can enjoy your coffee or lunch in the sun early in the spring. There is a large outdoor table on both covered terraces; these tables can be pushed together, so that you can eat outside with 12 people. The size of the three terraces adjoining the house is 70m2. This does not include the terraces around the swimming pool where the sun loungers and sun beds are located.
The garage is 6x6m, there are extra chairs and tables for use in the lower garden. There are washing lines, so space to dry the bath towels.
The pool is 12x5 m, the depth in the middle is 3m. This allows diving. There is also a plage, where you can lie in the water and still get a tan. The steps in the pool provide space to sit comfortably. Along the edge of the pool, the depth is 1.10m, making it possible to stand in the water in a relaxed way if you don't want to swim.
Around the pool are sun loungers and sun beds.
The pool is heated and can be opened and closed electrically.
There is no fence around the pool. That is also the reason that it is not rented to families with children who cannot yet swim.
