This extraordinary property sits on a plot of 4,920 m2 near a golf course and has a constructed area of 248 m2 and 100 m2 of uncovered terraces/viewpoints. The property features open-plan living spaces, exceptionally high ceilings and offers the perfect combination of contemporary design and traditional Provencal features. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions of Cap du golf refer to this villa.

Article 6 – Cancellation and amendment6.1. Cancellations and changes by Renters must be communicated to Cap du Golf in writing.
6.2. If the Renter wishes to cancel a Reservation, cancellation costs will apply. The amount of the cancellation costs depends on the time of cancellation and the specific conditions set by the Landlord. The cancellation costs are in any case the following:
a. 35% of the Rental Fee if the cancellation is made eight (8) weeks or more before the rental period starts;
b. 100% of the Rent if the cancellation is made within eight (8) weeks before the rental period starts.
6.3. Any cancellation costs will be deducted from the deposit paid or the remainder of the Rental Fee.
6.4. Cancellations and changes by the Lessor will be communicated to the Lessee by Cap du Golf as soon as possible.
6.5. In the event of cancellation by the Lessor, Cap du Golf will make every effort to offer the Lessee an alternative Accommodation, subject to availability and taking into account the specific wishes of a Lessee. If this is not possible or an application is refused by the Landlord, the Rent paid will be refunded to the Tenant within seven (7) days.
6.6 If the Lessee, after the start of the rental period, decides to leave the Accommodation earlier than indicated in the Reservation Confirmation, the Lessee is not entitled to a refund of (part of) the Rental Price, unless the Lessor and Lessee have agreed otherwise in writing.
