Welcome to our fully renovated luxury villa in Les Issambres, located next to Sainte-Maxime and opposite the world-famous Saint-Tropez.

This detached villa offers spectacular 180 degree views over the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Saint-Tropez and the surrounding hills. Thanks to its unique location, you can enjoy peace, privacy, comfort and one of the most beautiful views of the Côte d'Azur.

The villa was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with all modern luxuries. From almost every room you look out over the sea, the heated swimming pool and the beautiful landscape.

Heated Infinity Pool with Sea View

The large heated overflow swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is the absolute centerpiece of the villa. The pool is designed as a saltwater pool (without any perceptible salt taste), which is more comfortable for skin and eyes.

The swimming pool, terraces and outdoor kitchen are perfectly oriented to the southwest, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long and be treated to breathtaking sunsets over the bay of Saint-Tropez in the evening.

A direct ferry to Saint-Tropez also departs from the port. Within about 20 minutes you are right in the center, without traffic or parking problems.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
    • Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period:
      35% of the rent
    • cancellation less than 6 weeks and more than 1 week before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
    • If the tenant announces 1 week before the start of the rental period or only on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will not be able to use the rented property (anymore),
      he owes the full rent (100%).
