Fruitier Villa au bord de la Mer

Enjoy this nice, beautifully furnished cottage by the sea with friends and/or family. The house is called 'Fruitier' because it used to be used as a fruit house but was converted in the 90s by a well-known architect living on the Cote d'Azur.
The cottage is only 15 meters from one of the nicest beaches of Sainte-Maxime. The center of Les Issambres and the supermarket are within walking distance. And also the port to go by boat to Saint-Tropez is only a 5-minute walk away. Fruitier consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace that overlooks the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small utility room to do your laundry. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. One of the rooms has a view of the garden and the other room has a view of the sea and the park where the cottage is located. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

In the garden you will find a beautiful swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. The garden faces south, so you can enjoy the French sun most of the day. Outside there is also an outdoor table with chairs and a bbq to enjoy breakfast, lunch and / or dinner.

You can park your car in the courtyard where there is enough space for 3 cars. Through a large gate you come out onto the street.
