Wonderful, whether it's reading a book, lazing around or enjoying the surroundings. In the garden you can enjoy the hammock, sunbeds or hanging chair.

New (3rd) terrace with pergola in backyard. Cozy under the big tree, plenty of shade for the hot days. Here is also the (fixed) bbq and sun beds.

Golf de la Preze is located right next to the park.
A beautiful 18-hole course with GVB, beautiful driving range but also the 18-hole pitch and put is very nice and you don't need a GVB for this. Velorail, a fun activity to discover the area in a special way

Karting in the open air on the beautiful track in Teyjat, about 27 km from Le Chat.

The famous limousin cows. They can be found in abundance in the area. Nice during walks or a nice car ride

Chateau de la Rochefoucauld. Well worth a visit, also nice with children is that you can dress up

The area is also very beautiful and suitable for walks

Angoulême is a nice city, known for all the cartoons on the buildings. It has cozy squares to have a drink and the more famous chains are also here. Very nice to do is the walking tour through the city along all the cartoon drawings.

Perigueux is the capital of the Dordogne and definitely worth a visit.

Bordeaux is a very beautiful city, both for culture and for shopping and has many cozy squares with restaurants for something to drink or eat

In the vicinity of Village le Chat there are many sunflower fields, beautiful to see and it immediately makes you happy
