We rent out our holiday home in the beautiful Périgord Vert, located on a ridge in the middle of the fields and the greenery. The house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a living room and lounge. In the garden there is also a very spacious covered terrace with BBQ and a carport for 2 cars.

The house itself is surrounded by a spacious garden of almost 5000m³ with several shaded areas to relax in the greenery. You can also use the garden games, the petanque court or the large swimming pool to cool off on those hot summer days.

Our house is located in Lussas et Nontronneau, centrally between the historic cities of Angoulème, Limoges and Périgueux that are definitely worth a visit. In the immediate vicinity are numerous sights, castles and beautiful nature. A little further away, you also have the tourist sites of the Périgord Noir. Of course you can enjoy the delicious regional cuisine in the many restaurants.

In short, everything is there for a fantastic holiday.

We are Tamara and Gerd. To escape from the busy Flemish life, we went looking for a place full of peace, nature, culture, history and of course good food and drink. We found this in the Dordogne and in 2008 we bought the old, dilapidated farmhouse of the Chateau de Beauvais which we renovated and thus realized our dream in this "bon coin". Here we can recharge our batteries and enjoy the beautiful weather and all the goodies that the region has to offer. You too?

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are excluding final cleaning: € 185
A deposit of € 500 is requested, which will be refunded at the latest one week after departure after proper compliance with all agreements.
Beds can be made up at € 12 per bed (optional).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
