The little house:
M&M's place is located between the recreational lake and the central area (swimming pool, tennis courts) and has a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, combination microwave, induction hob, Senseo, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, ....
Outside there is a garden with 2 terraces. There is a table, chairs, sunbeds, parasols and barbecue.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. A cot can be added (camping bed and high chair available).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The car can be parked at the house (across the street) near the playground.
THE PARK AND SURROUNDINGS OF VILLAGE LE CHAT IN THE CHARENTE (DORDOGNE):
Village le Chat is just a day's drive from Belgium/Netherlands (765 km from Brussels/930 km from Utrecht). The spacious bungalow park of 33 hectares is located in the sun-drenched Charente department (South-West France) and offers many options for the whole family.
Ecuras is a commune in France (Charente) and is located 15 kilometers from La Rochefoucauld, 19 km from Nontron, 30 kilometers from Angoulême and 56 km from Limoges. It borders the Dordogne and the Haute-Vienne is nearby.
The park has a recreational lake with a beach, a heated swimming pool with a separate children's pool (free sun loungers, parasols and toilets at the lake and at the pool - swimming pool heated from May to September). Playgrounds, volleyball and football fields, tennis courts, petanque courts, table tennis, basketball, ... Walking and cycling routes from the park.
There is an information folder in the house with excursions/activities in the area.
Directly next to Village Le Chat is the Golf de La Prèze: an 18-hole golf course of international level. There is also a riding school within walking distance.
During the summer holidays: arrival on Sunday (less traffic) and rental per week, outside the summer holidays possible to rent per day (min. 4 nights - prices on request)

- It is not possible to charge an electric car at the house. This is possible at the Intermarché in Montbron (6 km).
After receiving our confirmation, we expect you to pay 30% of the travel sum. Payment must be received by us within 5 days after confirmation. This makes the reservation final. The remainder of the travel sum and the deposit must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. If the remaining amount has not been received by us 6 weeks before arrival, your reservation can be canceled without refund of the deposit.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
If the government imposes a travel restriction in the time between booking and arrival, we will fully refund the amount you paid.
Liability
We accept no liability for any damage and/or injury caused to our tenants, regardless of the cause or negligence of this damage and/or injury. Nor is any liability accepted for alleged or suffered property damage. To the extent that a tenant may obtain such a right to compensation, he/she waives such a right now and then, both for himself and his entitled party, which waiver will be accepted by us.
