Luxury holiday home for 1 - 8 people in the Dordogne. Only 4 hours from Paris and 2 hours from Bordeaux.

With a lovely large garden, heated swimming pool and a lake with beach 150 meters away. In the area there is plenty to do and see such as charming historic villages, castles, fortresses, prehistoric caves, boat trips, karting, climbing, amusement parks, mountain biking, wine tasting and so on.

The holiday villa is secluded in a park and yet close to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Golfers and padel enthusiasts can also indulge themselves: the 18-hole golf course 'Golf International de la Prêze' is a 10-minute walk away and three indoor padel courts are half an hour away.

General
The holiday home has been completely renovated and is fully equipped, such as two modern bathrooms, new sanitary facilities, Bulthaup kitchen with all appliances and Nespresso coffee machine, fiber optic internet and therefore super fast WiFi, Dutch TV, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and so on. The gite is conveniently located on the edge of the park and has an architecturally landscaped garden with fruit trees, Canadian maple trees, Cypresses etc. The garden offers excellent privacy, several terraces and an undisturbed view over the vast hills of the Dordogne.

Ground floor
The holiday home has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (with double bed) and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, bath, shower and toilet. There is another toilet in the hall. In the large utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. From the comfortable and cozy sitting room you have beautiful views on all sides.

The spacious open Bulthaup kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, two refrigerators each with a separate freezer compartment, separate wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso milk frother and so on.

The patio doors give access to the terrace and veranda with luxurious lounge set, outdoor kitchen with large dining table, Weber BBQ and nice sun loungers. A hammock between the trees and you will completely relax.

First floor
On the first floor of the holiday home there are 3 bedrooms, each for 2 people. One bedroom with a double bed and two sinks, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with a French bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower. There is a separate toilet on the landing.

Accessibility
Villa 'Village' is easily accessible by car, plane and train.
You can fly to Bordeaux (BOD) or Bergerac (EGC), both less than two hours away.
There is a TGV train station in Angoulême, a 41-minute drive from Villa 'Village'.
