Welcome to our house Casa Mavopa
Our spacious 2-8 person bungalow is located in a very central location in the park, close to the swimming pool and the commercial center and directly on the lake. The house is built on a slope and has two floors. There are private parking spaces (3) directly in front of the house. There is plenty of space around the house (700 m2) and the large terrace has a beautiful view over the lake. You can also enjoy the last evening sun here. WiFi is available everywhere in and around the house.

Entrance on the upper floor with entrance and wardrobe space.
The 2 spacious bedrooms each have a double bed, a large wardrobe and access through sliding doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the adjacent lake. There is also a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. All beds have pillows and duvets.
All rooms have shutters to keep the heat and/or light out.

There are 2 bathrooms on the floor, one bathroom has a bath, separate shower and sink. The other bathroom was completely renovated in 2022 and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The groundfloor
The house has an open kitchen with an induction hob and a separate oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator and a microwave. A (filter) coffee maker or Dolce Gusto machine can be used for coffee. There is a wide range of crockery and cooking utensils available.

The living/dining room area has a large dining area, a cozy seating area with a wonderful view of the lake, an audio player (radio and Bluetooth).
In the living room area there is a television with all Dutch channels. The existing Chromecast can also be used. The seating area has armchairs and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa
Double bed. There is also a ^2nd toilet and a storage room containing the washing machine and an extra refrigerator. There are also 2 ATB bicycles that can be used.

The large terrace of approximately 40 m2 is partly covered.
The terrace is equipped with sufficient garden furniture including 2 sun loungers, a hammock, a fire basket and a Weber barbecue. In front of the terrace there is a large area (grass) up to the lake, which is about 40 meters away.
