The heated swimming pool.
The house is located directly on the lake, where you can swim and fish.

The dining area is new (2025) and the kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso, coffee machine, sandwich maker and kettle.
The living room is modern and the kitchen is fully equipped. The stairs have a fall-through protection and a stair gate.
The television in the living room has recently been renewed. Channels can be received via Canal+ and various streaming services can be viewed.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the balcony, with a beautiful view over the lake.

In the children's bedroom there are 3 beds; a single bed and a bunk bed. The room is cheerfully painted and hung with nice prints. There is plenty of storage space.
The shower is very spacious and fully tiled. The water of the shower heats up quickly and the jet is hard. Steam is extracted with a silent fan. There are plenty of hooks available.
The property also has a BBQ. Please put the grid and tools in the dishwasher after use.

The miniature golf course, recently renovated, is 100 meters from the house. Private clubs and balls are available in the house.
Fun table tennis.
There are 2 tennis courts. In the summer there are weekly tennis tournaments. Tennis rackets and balls are available in the house so that you can play tennis as often as you want.
Right next to the holiday park is Golf Course De la Preze, one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in South-West France including an 18-hole par-3 course.
You can play golf together at the international golf course De la Preze and is located directly next to Village Le Chat.
In the nearby town of Montbron there are two supermarkets and you can take a nice walk.
Canoeing on the Tardoire River.
In restaurant Moulin de la Tardoire you can enjoy delicious food and a beautiful view.
In Teyjat there is a spectacular outdoor go-kart track: Karting du Perigord.

Wonderful, whether it's reading a book, lazing around or enjoying the surroundings. In the garden you can enjoy the hammock, sunbeds or hanging chair.
New (3rd) terrace with pergola in backyard. Cozy under the big tree, plenty of shade for the hot days. Here is also the (fixed) bbq and sun beds.

Mini-golf at the park
The park has two tennis courts with several bowling alleys, table tennis tables and the possibility to play basketball in the background
Main entrance, entrance is east. Our house is easy to reach through this entrance.
Golf de la Preze is located right next to the park. A beautiful 18-hole course with GVB, beautiful driving range but also the 18-hole pitch and put is very nice and you don't need a GVB for this. Owners and their guests receive a discount.

Karting in the open air on the beautiful track in Teyjat, about 27 km from Le Chat.
The famous limousin cows. They can be found in abundance in the area. Nice during walks or a nice car ride
Chateau de la Rochefoucauld. Well worth a visit, also nice with children is that you can dress up
The area is also very beautiful and suitable for walks
Angoulême is a nice city, known for all the cartoons on the buildings. It has cozy squares to have a drink and the more famous chains are also here. Very nice to do is the walking tour through the city along all the cartoon drawings.
Perigueux is the capital of the Dordogne and definitely worth a visit. See also more information under extra and then other information.
Montbron
Bordeaux is a very beautiful city, both for culture and for shopping and has many cozy squares with restaurants for something to drink or eat

There are three indoor padel courts half an hour away from Villa 'Village'.
The 18-hole golf course 'Golf International de la Prêze' with excellent catering is a 10-minute walk from Villa 'Village'.
Wakeboarding is a popular activity near Villa 'Village'. Very nice for children and adults.
A stone's throw from Villa 'Village' you can enjoy culinary delights in a restored old water mill at 'Moulin de la Tardoire'. A restaurant from the Michelin guide with a reasonable price.
