The golf course is within walking distance of the house.

From the parking space along the road on the grass, you arrive at the house on the first floor via the gravel path.
Your car is at the top of the road just on the grass, you can follow the gravel path and arrive at the front door of the house

The children's room consists of a chest of drawers, a bunk bed and a single bed.

The window can open nicely and the children's room looks fresh with a single & bunk bed. Not big but very cozy together and let's face it.... The children live outside!!
Around the corner upon entering on the 1st floor you come down to the stairs.... There is a handy shoe rack there
Also at the stairs down you have natural incidence of light. The cottage is just coming home,,,, the sliding doors open and on the large terrace with a view of the lake you really have a holiday

As far as you can see there is peace, space and nature. A short walk through our fields and forests will take you to the river La Dronne, at the bottom of the valley.
The central part of the house has a spacious kitchen. A comfortable sitting area by the wood stove and a nice kitchen to prepare all the delicacies of the French market for a cozy aperitif or dinner.
Eating can be done inside, but is of course much more fun outside. In the sun or rather in the shade of the centuries-old lime tree? There is a BBQ and a fire pit for the evening.
The master bedroom has its own access to the bathroom.
The holiday home is the perfect combination of rustic & comfort
The bathroom has a hanging toilet, large sink, washing machine and a spacious shower with double shower head.
The left part of the house offers space for two bedrooms. One of them has two bunk beds, so there is room for everyone!
The third bedroom has two separate beds, which can also be combined into a twin bed.
Peace and space around the house. In summer, the swimming pool meets the need to cool off. Do you want more space to swim? This can be done in one of the nearby swimming lakes in Nantheuil, Saint Saud or Saint Eustephe. There is also a lake on our own estate.
In short: the perfect house to enjoy a relaxing holiday alone, with family or friends in the middle of La Douce France.

The heated swimming pool.
The house is located directly on the lake, where you can swim and fish.

The dining area is new (2025) and the kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso, coffee machine, sandwich maker and kettle.
The living room is modern and the kitchen is fully equipped. The stairs have a fall-through protection and a stair gate.
The television in the living room has recently been renewed. Channels can be received via Canal+ and various streaming services can be viewed.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the balcony, with a beautiful view over the lake.

In the children's bedroom there are 3 beds; a single bed and a bunk bed. The room is cheerfully painted and hung with nice prints. There is plenty of storage space.
The shower is very spacious and fully tiled. The water of the shower heats up quickly and the jet is hard. Steam is extracted with a silent fan. There are plenty of hooks available.
The property also has a BBQ. Please put the grid and tools in the dishwasher after use.

The miniature golf course, recently renovated, is 100 meters from the house. Private clubs and balls are available in the house.

There are 2 tennis courts. In the summer there are weekly tennis tournaments. Tennis rackets and balls are available in the house so that you can play tennis as often as you want.
Right next to the holiday park is Golf Course De la Preze, one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in South-West France including an 18-hole par-3 course.
You can play golf together at the international golf course De la Preze and is located directly next to Village Le Chat.
In the nearby town of Montbron there are two supermarkets and you can take a nice walk.
Canoeing on the Tardoire River.
In restaurant Moulin de la Tardoire you can enjoy delicious food and a beautiful view.
In Teyjat there is a spectacular outdoor go-kart track: Karting du Perigord.
