Air-conditioned  2 bedroom house with a spacious fully equipped living room with a nice garden not  overlooked quiet and close to the swimming pool (70m walk)

The kitchen is complete so that you can cook good dishes from France or elsewhere 

The induction hob is easy to use, several elements allow you to cook outside (barbecue, plancha "the marker") 

The period glasses will allow you to taste the good products of Charente and the surrounding area as long as you go and discover some good addresses in the area.

Smart TV with wifi, dishwasher and washing machine the house is pleasant to live in every day 

Bed linen will be put on on arrival and towels will be at your disposal

Open-minded French, I appreciate meeting people from all walks of life and all countries, I rent my house to those who want to discover a little corner of paradise in the quiet countryside in the village of Le Chat. Families are welcome, it is the ideal place for children where they can evolve in complete safety.
I speak English and Spanish but everyone is welcome at BIRDIE
