The bungalow has two terraces. The covered terrace offers space to sit outside all year round. Moreover, you can enjoy a very spacious garden of 1,000 m2.
Children can safely explore both in the garden and in the park.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting and dining area. This house is fully equipped. A neat kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer), microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in this house.

With 3 bedrooms, this house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults, or 5 people including a baby, so you can go here with your whole family.

In the middle of the park is a large lake where you can sail, swim and fish.
On the edge of this lake there is a beach with play equipment and sunbeds.
The park also has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a miniature golf course.
You can buy fresh bread at the park during high season. For the other groceries you have to rely on Montbron.
The on-site restaurant is currently closed. You can enjoy lunch and dinner on the nearby golf course.

The Le Chat park is located in the Charente on the border of the Dordogne and the Limousin. The area is hilly with a partly wooded landscape and there are many lakes and fast-flowing rivers, where you can go canoeing under supervision.

The village of Oradour-sur-Glane is worth a visit. In 1944 the village was destroyed by the Waffen-SS and all inhabitants were killed. It has since been left intact, as if the massacre happened yesterday.
The castle of La Rochefoucauld can be visited on all days of the week, except Tuesdays. It is closed in January and February.

The golf courses (18 holes) of Golf International de la Prèze are one kilometer away.

The rental price does not include cleaning costs of 80 euros.
You must bring your own kitchen, bath and bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).
It is not allowed to charge an electric car at the house

For me, the Charente stands for peace and nature. But there is also plenty to see in the area. Think of Angoulème, Cognac, with the many markets. And don't forget the wine tastings where you can try the local wines. In short, a wonderful environment. Mireille Rog-Bosscher

A separate rate applies to this house for pre-season, high season and post-season.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
