A detached bungalow with 3 bedrooms in the park "Village Le Chat", near a golf course. The garden borders a forest, privacy guaranteed!

The bungalow has two terraces. The covered terrace offers space to sit outside all year round. In addition, you can enjoy a very spacious garden of 1,000 m2.
Children can explore safely both in the garden and in the park.

The living room is nicely furnished with a sitting and dining area. This house is also fully equipped. A neat kitchen with refrigerator (incl. freezer), microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in this house.

With 3 bedrooms, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults, or 5 people including a baby, so you can come here with your whole family.

In the middle of the park is a large lake where you can sail, swim and fish.
On the edge of this lake is a beach with playground equipment and sunbeds.
In addition, the park has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a miniature golf course.
There is a restaurant on site, and you can buy fresh bread in high season. For the other groceries you have to rely on Montbron.
On the nearby golf course (with restaurant) you can also enjoy a delicious night and dinner.

The park Le Chat is located in the Charente on the border of the Dordogne and the Limousin. The area is hilly with a partially wooded landscape, there are many lakes and fast-flowing rivers, where you can canoe under supervision.

The village of Oradour-sur-Glane is worth a visit. In 1944, the village was destroyed by the Waffen-SS, and all inhabitants were killed. Since then, it has been left intact, as if the massacre had taken place yesterday.
The castle of La Rochefoucauld can be visited on all days of the week, except Tuesdays. It is closed in the months of January and February.
With a guide you can take a tour of the castle.
One kilometer away are the golf courses (18 holes) of Golf International de la Prèze.

The rental price does not include a cleaning fee of 80 euros.
You must bring your own kitchen, bath and bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For this house there is a separate rate for pre-season / post-season, and high season.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord.

A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.
In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the tenant will owe cancellation costs that depend on the time of cancellation. The cancellation costs are equal to the booking costs plus a percentage of the Rental Fee:

In case of cancellation up to the 240th day before the day of arrival: 10% of the Rent.

In case of cancellation from the 240th day to the 90th day before the arrival day: 30% of the Rent.

In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 28th day before the arrival day: 60% of the Rent.

In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 90% of the Rent.

In case of cancellation from the 7th day before the arrival day or later: the full Rent.
