In the quiet part of the park located spacious, luxurious, detached bungalow type Magnolia, with lots of privacy and large garden with a partially covered terrace with a fixed outdoor barbecue and a cozy large picnic table. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE (fiber optic).

Ind. entrance/hall, spacious walk-in closet/wardrobe, toilet, spacious living/dining room with fireplace, with flat screen TV with satellite receiver for Dutch channels, stereo system. Spacious modern open kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, combi oven/microwave, separate microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle.

Spacious modern bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and 2nd toilet. 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom. Hallway with door to garage where a 2nd refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and double sink. WIFI available (fiber optic)

Located a few minutes walk from the commercial center where bar with restaurant, terrace, mini golf, heated swimming pool, paddling pool, mini golf, tennis courts, table tennis table, jeu de boules, playground etc.

The park is located next to the beautiful Golf de la Preze golf course. Tenants receive a 25% discount on the green fee.

Hi, we are Jan & Edith. We have been coming to Le Chat for over 15 years, several times a year, with great pleasure. This quiet area is a true paradise for us. Our house is located in the quietest part of the park on a dead end street but also close to the commercial center. You are most welcome in our house where you will certainly feel at home and experience the ultimate holiday feeling.

The spacious bungalow of 33 ha. offers plenty of recreational opportunities. In the middle of the park is a 3 ha. large lake where you can swim, fish, love to play with the kids on the sand beach complete with play. Furthermore, the area is ideal for hiking, cycling and golf.
Golf de la Preze is next to our park and is internationally renowned for its beautiful location with many hills and water features. Not only the experienced golfer, but who have not yet degenene can enjoy themselves here. Their golf proficiency certificate In addition to the 18 hole golf course La Preze boasts an 18-hole par 3 course

The house is bungalow Village Le Chat, between Angouleme and Limoges on the border of the Dordogne and Charente. In this pristine natural area, surrounded by a hilly, partially wooded landscape with numerous lakes and rushing rivers, the resort built with 250 detached bungalows. The direct is a beautiful word through the beautiful countryside, picturesque villages and castles.
