We are the Stijnen family from Raamsdonksveer in Brabant and the proud owner of house 210. More than 20 years ago, our parents Huub and Jeanne Stijnen bought the house and enjoyed the beautiful French life. My brother and I also go to Le Chat every year with our families. The peace, the space, the beautiful surroundings and the exuberant French life is what everyone fully enjoys.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices are excluding mandatory cleaning costs € 95.00 per booking and € 150 deposit. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 2 weeks after your departure, provided that the house has been left damage-free and tidy.

Bring your own bed linen or order it for 20 euros per person.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
