We offer: an apartment, newly completed in August 2020, on
the top floor.

The apartment has access to a large bedroom with spacious
double bed (160x200) and a spacious bunk bed (80x200 - also suitable for adults), a second very large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single sofa bed, a very spacious bathroom with shower and
toilet, a 2nd separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, induction hob and kettle. There is a nice dining area in Austrian style, but modern. You can stream Netflix or Ziggo on the Smart TV via your own device.

This spacious apartment also has a cozy balcony at the front of the house and a terrace at the back.
Garden furniture, parasol and children's shell with water/sand are available. A bbq is standard at the apartment.

Parking is (free) in front of the door, ski bus stops in front of our house, the regular bus is a 2-minute walk away. We are located on the main street, so a great base for a daily new adventure!

Hello, Servus and Griaß Dich!

We are Daniël and Marjoleine, 2 down-to-earth Dutchmen who "turned things around" in January 2020. We bought a sweet house in Heiligenblut am Großglockner at the end of 2019, renovated 7 months and from August 2020 we live in our new house. Here we have 2 beautiful apartments for holiday rental. From 2 to max 7 people, with terrace and/or balcony and accessible for the disabled! See you at our beautiful place!

Explanation of prices

The price is based on 1 week/7 nights (arrival Saturday from 3 p.m. - departure Saturday latest 10 a.m., per apartment.

The price includes:
* beds made on arrival
* 2 large towels per person, if desired extra towel on Wednesday
* electricity costs
* Wi-Fi
* heating (* in winter a surcharge of €70 per week per apartment)
* small gift on arrival
* final cleaning costs

NB: tourist tax of €2.35 per person per night (from 18 years) is charged separately.
