Our luxury holiday chalet is located in sunny Kotschach-Mauthen in the province of Carinthia (Austria).
Kotschach-Mauthen is fully equipped and a nice, cozy village.
The chalet is equipped with every comfort and the region is suitable for all seasons.
The climate is particularly pleasant in both summer and winter.
Our chalet is equipped with a complete kitchen, wood stove, Free Wifi and a cozy sitting area on the inside.
In addition to the TV with Dutch channels. There is a separate room for washing machine and dryer that also offers space for ski equipment.
On the first floor there is a luxurious bathroom with shower and bath, separate accessible toilet and 2 large bedrooms. On the mezzanine is another bedroom with a double bed suitable for children or young adults accessible via a staircase.
Our house has its own swimming pool of 5.50 meters in diameter with a depth of 1.20 Mar. This bath is heated by sunlight. An electric sauna is at your disposal in the garden shed.
A large terrace 30 m2, with a view of the Dolomites, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and hammock will complete your holiday accommodation. There are also 2 bicycles ready for you for fun bike rides, in short, a great holiday destination.
The area offers you plenty of opportunity for activities in summer and winter; cycling, walking, skiing, golfing, visiting cities, etc. Just cross the mountain and you are already in Italy.
