Bubble on the slopes

Fantastic new luxury holiday home Bubbelenaandepiste located at the foot of the ski area Family ski slope Vorhegg. With fantastic views of all the surrounding mountains of both Austria and Italy.

The name bubbles at the slopes was obvious with the hot tub at the foot of the slopes. You can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains while relaxing in the whirlpool.
Whether it is enjoying the nice weather in the summer, or watching your (small) children come down in the winter, enjoying the slopes and relaxing is paramount in this house.

Ready for a larger ski area? A free ski bus runs several times a day from the village of Kotschach-Mauthen to the Nassfeld ski area. (travel time approximately 20 minutes)

If you prefer a swim, that is also possible, the subtropical Aquarena swimming pool is a 250 meter walk away.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Austria in the authentic village of Kötschach-Mauthen. With a view of the mountain peaks of Italy and Austria.

Kötschach-Mauthen is a quiet, pleasant village with several restaurants, supermarkets and a nice swimming pool with wellness. It is known for the many hours of sunshine and the exceptionally accessible ski slope Vorhegg, which can be accessed directly from the house.

Ready for a trip to another country after a few days? The Italian border is only 14 km from the house! Would you rather take a trip to Slovenia? Slovenia can also be reached within 50 minutes from the house.

House layout

Ground floor

You enter the hall through the front door.

There is direct access to the laundry room with toilet. In this room there is the 1st toilet with a washing/drying machine.

Past the hall you enter the open kitchen through the glass door.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, large induction hob and extractor hood, kettle, pans, pots, crockery and cutlery. And of course a typical Austrian dining area.
Including 5 chairs with a sofa, for all those cozy evenings next to the stove.

From the open kitchen there is direct access to the living room.

The living room has a corner sofa on which you can watch Netflix on the television.

From the living room there is a view of the ski slope and surrounding beautiful mountains. Would you rather relax? Through the facade in the living room you enter the garden where you can relax in the seating area by the fire pit or would you rather relax in the Whirlpool? You can store items in the storage room during your stay. You will find this right next to the covered parking space at the front of the house.

Bedroom 1
On the 1st floor we start with the ensuite bedroom. This bedroom has a spacious box spring of 2.00 M by 1.80 M, wardrobe and a private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Enjoying the sun is also perfect in this bedroom. With your own sun balcony you can enjoy the view of the Italian mountain peaks while lying on a lounger.


Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is also located on the 1st floor. This spacious bedroom has a box spring measuring 2.00 M by 1.80 M and a bunk bed that offers sleeping places for up to 3 small children with a rolling base.

Bathroom
Finally, on the 1st floor you will also find the 2nd bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, sink and its own toilet.

Bedroom 3

On the 2nd floor there is the 3rd sleeping room equipped with a box spring of 2.0 M by 1.8 M and its own wardrobe.
