Our luxury holiday home Hochalpenblick with hot tub in the garden, (own 11kw charging station) under the carport, is located at the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia.

The seasons with Mediterranean warmth, winter snow and beautiful autumn colors.

Discover from our holiday home Hochalpenblick, can be done by car, bicycle/mountain bike or on foot into nature.
Close to the lakes of Austria, the Faaker See, the Wörthersee and Ossiacher See, supping or swimming in the warm water of the lakes.
Beautiful cities such as Villach, Klagenfurt, Velden or Ljubljana.
Museums, attractions and wellness plenty to do in the area.

In winter skiing on the Gerlitzen or Nassfeld but also   Kranjska Gora (Slovenia), Monte Lussari and Tarvisio (Italy) are beautiful areas for skiing.
These slopes are 20 to 30 minutes from our holiday home.
In the morning watch via one of the webcams where the sun shines and that will be the slope where you will go skiing!

Lunch in Italy within 10 minutes on a terrace in Tarvisio or to Monte Lussari. Carinthia so beautiful all year round, no day is the same and our spacious holiday home is located in an oasis of peace to enjoy and relax that goes naturally here.

Hochalpenblick has 3, 2.pers bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, of course with combination microwave and dishwasher while cooking, beautiful view over the mountains and nature. The living room certainly has a wood stove for when it is not yet summer to enjoy after a nice walk, mountain bike ride,  visit to a sight or attraction.

In the garden nice terrace with comfortable garden furniture for breakfast in the morning or a delicious meal in the evening after a day of enjoying the surroundings, culture and sights.

A place to relax, enjoy the sun, snow and delicious food. The 2 neighboring countries (Italy and Slovenia) each with their own unique atmosphere, sights and attractions. Austria, Carinthia with its beautiful mountains, lakes and historical places.
Villach is well worth a visit and after only a 17-minute drive you are in the old town and you imagine yourself back in time.
In the old town you will find small streets with terraces, museums, galleries, restaurants and nice shops, or in  winter the Christmas market with the authentic roasted chestnuts that are sold in a stall.  

Our holiday home is located in a small village of Seltschach, at the foot of the Karawanks.
From our holiday home you can walk (+- 300 meters) to the Dreiländenreck ski area. Dreiländereck ski resort A unique ski area at the border triangle.17 km of slopes from beginner to advanced skier.10 km of cross-country ski trail. Ice skating rink
In summer, the wonderful Mediterranean climate with many hours of sunshine.
Enjoy the beautiful weather and the mountains in May. High Alpine Blick our holiday home is located in Seltsach where it is wonderfully quiet and the deer regularly walk in the garden, enjoy, walk and relax in the broadest sense of the word.
