House
The house offers space for up to 10 people and is completely detached and equipped
a spacious garden. House is located directly on the connecting road from Spittal to Heiligenblut.
You rent the house in its entirety and therefore have no co-residents or direct neighbors. Bookings minimum 1 week. 1.5 weeks in consultation!

Ground floor:
Entrance, corridor and stairwell. Modern bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
Spacious living room with comfortable seating area, TV, wood stove, dining table and folding doors
to the terrace. New large kitchen with all modern conveniences.
First floor
Bedroom with large double bed and sink. Second bedroom with large
double bed, sink and balcony. Third bedroom with double bed
140x200 cm and balcony. Luxury bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
Second floor
Large open attic with lots of characteristic wood with 4 beds and a spacious seating area. TV
NB: All beds are clean and tastefully made upon arrival. Towels and kitchen linen are also provided.

Space to store bicycles, skis, snowboards.

Environment:
The house is located in the Mölltal in the state of Carinthia. This region is part of it
Hohe Tauern National Park. Nature is characterized by its rough character. A lot of
rocky and especially high mountains, wild rivers and dense forests. Various mountain peaks
come above an altitude of 3000 meters, with the Grossglockner (3798 meters) being the most famous. On
The Mölltaler Glacier is about a fifteen minute drive away, where you can visit in both summer and winter
can ski or snowboard. You can do your shopping at the local supermarket within walking distance or in the
