Our luxury Chalet has a large garden with sun terrace on the South West and also a large carport. Because of the good location and spacious terrace you can enjoy the morning, afternoon and evening sun. In the summer you can enjoy breakfast with the rising sun. The house has a cozy living room with an open modern luxury kitchen with all the equipment that makes your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer and microwave oven. The ground floor has a washer / dryer. In addition, a LED HDTV present with all Dutch channels and a sound bar which you can listen to your own music via Bluetooth and free Wi-Fi. The first floor has two bedrooms with excellent beds and lots of storage space, 2 bathrooms both with a toilet, 1 with a bath and the other with a shower. 1 bedroom has a large balcony on the Southwest you can enjoy the sun with views of the ski slopes and mountains. On the second floor (attic) with 2 single beds.
We are Henk and Henriette who had been looking for a while for a vacation rental that would be suitable for rental and eventually found in the town of Kötschach-Mauthen. A place where everything is as you like to see on a holiday address. We love going to Austria for both the summer and winter because of the pure air, the beautiful lakes and beautiful mountain scenery. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly people always make for a pleasant stay.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis direct onderaan de piste, dat was meteen een heel leuke ervaring om daar zo dichtbij te zijn.
Alles was keurig geregeld en verzorgd. Het huis van alle gemakken voorzien waarvan wij de openhaard het meest gewaardeerd hebben.
We hebben genoten. De nabije omgeving is prachtig; we hebben naar hartelust gefietst en gewandeld. Beetje jammer dat er maar 1 echt fietspad was maar voor 1 week prima. Mooie 'klim' wandeling gemaakt en naar de Weissensee geweest. Ook het vakantiehuis was uitstekend. Van alle gemakken voorzien en voor 6 personen ruim genoeg. Zolder is wel wat warm en benauwd doordat er maar 1, klein raam is. Maar dat kwam ook omdat we prachtig weer hadden. Kortom, de week vloog om! Je kunt er makkelijk 2 weken vertoeven, zonder te vervelen. Enige nadeel: het is best lang rijden om er te komen...
