The house is beautiful, nice location, nice view. That is really fantastic. The driveway there is a huge hole in the first part. The undersides of the cars have all been damaged there. Maybe an idea to do something with it. Getting rid of potholes in the driveway does not seem a superfluous luxury. Upon arrival it would be nice if someone was present to explain things. Now we had to invent everything ourselves. And also discover that there were still sleeping places downstairs. At first we thought there were not enough places to sleep. The beds are also of poor quality. This is because in most beds there is a hole in the middle. Except for the single beds. Through the hole in the middle you both roll towards the middle and you wake up with your back, hip and other complaints. Downstairs we didn't have hot water all week. In between someone has done something so we have had hot water there for 1 day but then again no hot water. So showering was not a pleasant affair.
If they were to do something with this, you would definitely get a 10 for everything. We really enjoyed on the terrace, every morning breakfast outside with all of us. We don't have the view here in the Netherlands. And certainly not the sun at the moment. If you were to do something with this constructive criticism, we would certainly consider coming back again. The house also has a fantastic kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups ... it is all more than sufficient.

Hola Tamara. Thank you for your review of the house. We are always interested to know how people have enjoyed their vacation. In answer to some of your points. No other clients have complained regarding the entrance to the villa. It is a very short track and, of course, is a country road not a tarmac road however I will ask our caretakers to look at this. Our caretaker did call on your day of arrival, at the hour that you gave, but nobody had arrived so he had to call again. In respect of the beds. I know that some clients prefer hard mattresses and some clients prefer soft, so it is not possible to please everyone but there are certainly no holes in any of the mattresses! In respect of the hot water. This was reported to the caretakers on one occasion and immediately 2 caretakers attended the villa. The problem was resolved and you never reported any other issue. What a shame. The caretakers are there to help and, as in any house, sometimes things go wrong. But if they do not know about it, they cannot do anything about it. Also the caretakers reported that even though you had been informed that pool heating was not available, you tried to turn on the heat pump to heat the water in the swimming pool. Trying to change heat pumps etc., without the caretakers being present can mean that this causes problems. Maybe this is what caused your problem. However we are happy that you enjoyed the villa and all the other aspects that this villa has to offer. We have many clients who return here year after year.
