Villa La Noria is a beautiful villa with a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 10 people. The unique layout consists of two adjoining apartments with separate entrances, grouped around a magnificent swimming pool with charming terraces and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is rented as a whole to ensure complete privacy for our guests. This way you can enjoy a group holiday and still keep your own peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by a beautiful organic orchard with olive, almond and citrus trees. Our guests are welcome to pick fruit at their leisure! A moment of pure pleasure and well-being. Villa La Noria is located just a 5-minute drive from Comares, a charming, typical Andalusian village with whitewashed houses, set in an exceptional natural setting.
The villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens. Both apartments are spacious and fully equipped. Each kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove in every living room. Free wifi is available throughout the property and there is parking for 4-5 cars at the house. Outside, by the private pool, you will find an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture.
Our guests can enjoy all this in the southern region of Spain, which is known for one of the best climates in Europe. Even the winters are mild. The beautiful terraces offer breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. You can walk through the orchard and pick fruit yourself.

The charming white village of Comares has been named "Pueblo Mágico d'España" (Magic Village of Spain). There you will find cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (with wood-fired bread!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. Tip: Follow the ceramic footprints and discover the Moorish past of Comares in the narrow streets. Please note that our villas are designed for families and groups of friends who want to spend a wonderful holiday together. They are therefore not suitable for noisy, festive stays. The interior and the surrounding tranquility do not lend themselves to such activities.
The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, mountain bike or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. Comares is a 5 minute drive or about an hour's walk.
The award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. There you will find many cozy chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy fresh, crispy fish, caught directly in the nearby port of Caleta de Vélez.
Vélez de Málaga, a neighbouring town of Torre del Mar, has a large shopping centre and a wide choice of supermarkets.
Málaga, a pearl of gastronomy and culture, is just an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, enjoy an authentic flamenco show or go shopping to your heart's content in the famous Calle Larios. Malaga really does have something for everyone, and every visitor is immediately enchanted by this pleasant, charming and beautiful city.
Villa La Noria is also ideally located to explore other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (the Alhambra), Córdoba (the Mezquita) or the famous Caminito del Rey are within easy reach for a day trip.
