Villa La Noria is a beautiful villa with swimming pool for 15 people. It is so unique because it consists of 3 semi-detached apartments with separate entrances, set around a beautiful swimming pool with lovely terraces and with sensational views down to the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is rented as one complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. This allows you to enjoy a holiday in a group, but still with the necessary privacy if desired. The house is surrounded by a very nice organic orchard with olive and almond trees and many citrus fruits. Our guests are free to pick fruit if they want! Pleasant and healthy. Villa La Noria is located just a 5-minute drive from Comares, a cozy and typical white Andalusian village, located in a beautiful natural environment.

The property has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 3 kitchens. The 3 apartments are spacious and well equipped. The 3 kitchens are fully equipped each. There is a pellet burner in every living room. There is FREE WIFI throughout the property and parking for 5/6 cars at the house. Outside by the private pool is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. There are sunbeds and garden furniture.
All this our guests can enjoy in the part of southern Spain with the best climate in all of Europe. Even the winters are mild here. The beautiful terraces have views of the sea and the surrounding nature. You can walk in the beautiful orchard and pick your own fruit.

The beautiful white village of Comares has been declared 'Pueblo Magico d'España'. There are cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and ATM. Tip: Follow the ceramic footsteps and discover the Moorish past in the narrow alleys of Comares.

Please keep in mind that the target group of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and pleasant holiday together and that they are therefore not suitable for noisy party holidays. The interior and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to this.

The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, mountain bike or just enjoy the scenery. relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. You can go to Comares by car (5 minutes) or by taking a lovely walk of an hour.
The award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You will find many nice 'chiringuitos' where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish brought in directly from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez.                                         
Velez Malaga, which is located next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and you will find with a wide range of supermarkets.                                                                                                                     
Málaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture, is only an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, a real Flamenco show or 'shop till you drop' in the famous Calle Larios. Málaga really does have something for everyone and every visitor will instantly fall in love with this pleasant, cozy and beautiful city.
Villa La Noria is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the world-famous Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit on a day trip.
