Beautiful apartment in one of the most sought after areas of the Riviera del Sol. The apartment is LESS THAN A 2 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! FOR THE BEACH!

The house consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs and sea views! The apartment also benefits from a Smart TV. and an internet connection of 600 MB. (ideal for remote working) There is also a private parking space outside (no private parking spaces)

However, the strong point of this apartment is its excellent location. Next to the well-known Max Beach, where there is a good atmosphere for dancing, dining or having a cocktail, opposite La Lucena Square and all amenities and the Doña Lola urbanization. There is a large swimming pool reserved for the guests of this small resort. There is also a tennis court and a padel court. The gate from the private garden leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach.

Located a few meters from the famous beach of La Lucena and with very good chiringitos within walking distance. Guests who visit return again and again to enjoy the spectacular surroundings of this beautiful apartment.

The rural atmosphere and the coastal way of life are two of the most attractive features of Calahonda Costa, because although the area is developed, the founder loved the green spaces, the large plots and the isolation of the apartment buildings. Thus the region developed in a generally peaceful and rustic manner.

While the vast majority of Calahonda's 600,000 square meters is used for villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas are dedicated to offering residents every conceivable amenity. There are therefore three shopping centers that house most of the project's 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs, as well as seven banks, several supermarkets and a wide range of other businesses including: hardware, furniture, garden supplies, travel agencies, car rental, car repair, property management and much more.

Sports are easy to integrate into a Calahonda lifestyle. To start with, there are a total of 10 golf courses within a 10 kilometer radius of this urbanization, which also has its own port, Cabopino. And with its own stretch of coastline, it also offers a wide range of water sports. Tennis courts and a fitness center are also available to residents.

Health needs are covered by a pharmacy and three medical centers, accessible 24 hours a day. Furthermore, the state-funded Costa del Sol Hospital is known as the main medical facility on the coast and is just minutes from Calahonda.

We rent and manage properties in the province of Andalusia. We think this area is the best in Spain. For starters, the weather is nice almost all year round! We also have beautiful seaside resorts, white towns and villages and breathtaking scenery. We're sure you'll love Andalusia as much as we do, and you'll want to come back. That was the case with me, I arrived here 17 years ago and never went back!

Explanation of prices


To reserve you must pay 50% immediately and the remaining 50% 60 days before your stay. After receiving the first payment, we will send you your contract and confirmation by email. After receiving the second payment we will send you an email with information/routes and instructions for collecting the keys.


FREE: use of the communal pool and beautiful gardens (open all year), use of a cot and high chair (to be mentioned when booking), high speed INTERNET throughout the apartment. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, secure private parking, use of bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity consumption. We ask all our guests to leave the apartment in the condition in which they found it. Upon arrival you must pay a refundable deposit of €300 by credit card. This will of course be refunded if no damage is found. You can move into the house from 4 p.m. A car is not really necessary for this house.

If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please note that the monthly rental includes electricity up to a limit. If you exceed the agreed limit, you will be charged for electricity. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw.

Self check-in is possible in this apartment. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking.
