The Penthouse has 3 ceiling fans: living room and both bedrooms.
For the winter visitors we have equipped all rooms of our Penthouse with electric heating elements. So you can heat with these elements in addition to the air conditioning.
The Luxury Penthouse Golf View is located on the top (3rd) floor and is also accessible by lift.
The Penthouse has a private parking space (1432) where you can park the car under cover, so that it is almost always in the shade.
There are several pools around the apartment blocks. The pools with lawn and trees have a fence so that the children are safe.
The large pools are equipped with a separate children's section. All around are benches and a lawn where one can relax just fine.
Around the apartments there are also several playgrounds for the kids.
Between Block 15 and 14 there is a small and cozy garden with play equipment for the children. Because of the trees it is good to stay here in the shade.
The center Al Kasar is 500 meters walking distance from our Luxury Penthouse Golf View. Here is a Spar supermarket, ATM and several restaurants with bars. A hairdresser salon is not lacking.

For hikers there is also experience a lot. Gorgeous hiking trails and especially the Sierra Espuña is great.
Supermarket at the central entrance of Al Kasar is open every day and has a wide range at normal rates!
At the resort there are several tennis and padel courts. For this you have to pay a small rental amount and usually book in advance.
Boulevard Puerto de Mazarron is not only daytime recommended with its beautiful beaches. In the evening this here is the place to be!
One of the most beautiful and clean beaches in the region (15-20 minutes drive). Here the beach on the promenade of Puerto de Mazarron.
In the region surrounding the Luxury Penthouse Golfview there are daily markets where it is sold alongside clothes, shoes etc. especially fresh fruits and vegetables.
However, you can already pre-book a rental car from your home address, we can hereby also help by putting you in touch with our regular service partner. If you want to use them please send us an email with all relevant details.
Fiber optic (100 mb): You can use FREE WIFI in and around the house. You will receive the code from our key manager with which you can start the WIFI connection. We kindly ask you not to touch the router, any consequences are for your own account.
Through the existing Streaming Box you can watch about 3000 IPTV channels through Premium TV. We have the most important channels available from all countries, as well as various pay channels, so that you can watch almost all sports channels for free. Also, with every TV, there is Chrocast.
