Hello all,
I wish you a warm welcome to my brand new paradise with a lovely swimming pool and tropical atmosphere. This paradise has 2 houses and a swimming pool, including this 1-room holiday home.
This paradise is located in the beautiful, centrally located Emmastad neighborhood. The beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away from this location. Within 7 minutes you are in picturesque Punda and Otrobanda where you can admire beautiful murals and architecture.

The holiday home consists of a living room with television and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has air conditioning, double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a toilet, walk-in shower and a sink. Hot water is available. The house has its own covered balcony with a dining table set and from the house you can walk straight into the swimming pool. You can also use the sun loungers under the parasol. If you want to do some laundry, there is a washing machine available, detergent is at your own expense.
It is possible to park your car in front of the door.
Car rental is possible in consultation.

- Parties, gatherings or nocturnal noise are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are allowed after consultation
- It is not suitable for the disabled

I am Brigitte Schoevers and a physiotherapist.
I have been living on this wonderfully paradisiacal Korsow for 48 years.
Beautiful beaches, lovely people and the lovely warm sun were the reasons for me to settle here.
This paradise with two houses and a swimming pool was officially opened in October 2023. I hope that many holidaymakers will come here to enjoy a wonderful and peaceful holiday oasis in the centrally located Emmastad.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by email (even if this has already been communicated by telephone).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price.
- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, the full rental price remains payable.
