The kitchen is furnished with a fridge-freezer combination, has a microwave with hot-air and grill function. You can cook on a 4-place induction hob. There are of course enough pans, plates, cutlery, cups and saucers, and glassware. There is a kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
The living room with open kitchen is 24 m2. There is an excellent leather couch and a 4-person dining table with chairs. There is satellite TV and of course wifi. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

The bathroom has a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The washing machine and dryer are also located here.

The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters in size and has a shower with hot and cold water. The deepest point is 1.60 meters deep. The water tastes a bit salty because salt is used for disinfection. The pool is wonderfully sheltered.

It is wonderful to walk in the ports of Dénia. From here you have a nice view of the many nice restaurants and the castle ruins in the evening.
Between Pedreguer and Dénia, just visible from our terrace, lies the beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course “La Sella”.
View from our holiday home towards Montgó. The temperature difference between air and seawater creates fog above the sea, which slowly moves onto land. From Javéa around the Montgó towards Pedreguer and Ondara.
