Casa Merle is a phenomenal villa for up to 12 people located 1 kilometer from the beach of Denia and 1.5 kilometers from the center. The villa has a large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters and a large garden with several terraces. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ, toilet and outdoor shower. Garden with orange, tangerine, lemon, fig and pomegranate tree whose fruits you can enjoy during your stay. There is also a private parking space for 3 cars.

The villa has 6 spacious double bedrooms. 5 bedrooms with single beds (200 x 90) that can be pushed apart and 1 bedroom with a double bed (200 x 180). Three designer bathrooms complete the picture. The living room with open kitchen is very spacious (60 m2) and provides access to the garden and all terraces of the house.

All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning and central heating via a heat pump. The house has fiber optic with perfect Wifi coverage in all rooms, terraces and the entire garden/pool. You will not soon forget a stay at villa Casa Merle!

We bought Casa Merle at the end of 2021 because, in addition to our hectic and busy life in Amsterdam, we also wanted to enjoy peace, sun and delicious Spanish cuisine. At the beginning of 2022 we have completely renovated Casa Merle and upgraded it to today's standard, with the premise 'Ibiza meets Marrakech'. Since we are not in Denia all year round, we have been renting out our house since July 1, 2022. Now everyone can enjoy this!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The whole house is always rented out to a group of people who belong together. So there are no other people present, so the house and the pool are always for your own company.




  1. The tenant can cancel the rental agreement in writing/by email up to 62 days before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit of 30% remains in the possession of the landlord.
  2. If the cancellation takes place within the period of 62 to 30 days prior to the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the full rent to the landlord.
  3. In case of cancellation 30 days or less before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 100% of the full rent to the landlord.
