This beautiful detached Villa, with (heated) private swimming pool and private secluded parking space is located due south. Because the villa is located on a hill, it has beautiful views and offers a lot of privacy. You will not lack luxury and comfort, this holiday home is very stylishly furnished. The house has plenty of privacy on the terraces, where you can look for the sun or shade. The villa has a Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The area is located in a microclimate amidst numerous orange, almond and olive trees.

Villa Casa-Feliz can accommodate six people. The cozy living room has air conditioning, television (Dutch channels), DVD player and PS4 with console, dining area and sitting area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen which is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and filter and Dolce-gusto coffee maker. The villa has three bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200 cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds (90 x 200). Bathroom 2 has a bath, toilet, and sink. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and outside. The villa is equipped with solar panels.

The outdoor life of Villa Casa-Feliz is perfect. This beautiful villa has a perfect location in terms of sun and has a lot of privacy. Villa Casa-Feliz has a lovely private swimming pool (8 x 4m) with sunbeds around where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. In addition, you have a lovely lounge set and dining table outside. There is also a BBQ at your disposal. For the early and late season, the heat pump can optionally be chosen for heating the pool. 

Distances

The villa is about 10 to 15 minutes drive by car from the beautiful beaches of Javea, Platja de l'Arenal, and Denia. With their shops, beach promenade, restaurants and bars, these places are also worth a visit in the evenings. Low cost flights can be made with Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling and Transavia to the airports of Valencia or Alicante. The Villa is about an hour's drive from both airports.

The roads lead you to historic fishing villages such as Denia (marina), Altea, Javea, Platja de l'Arenal, Moraira, Benidorm, Calpe etc. The many specific culinary eateries and terraces invite you to sit down and enjoy what the Spanish country has to offer. A modern shopping center LaMarina, with well-known chain stores, is 10 minutes away. of the Villa. If you prefer to visit the Spanish markets, you can go somewhere every day of the week in Javea, Denia, Moraira and Altea, among others. Water sports, golf courses and great parks like Terra Mitica are nearby. You can also enjoy cycling and walking in the area.
